Inky Paws Challenge - Year End Cards Theme Week 3

 Hi everybody!  This is Week 3 of the Inky Paws Challenge!  It is Year End Cards Theme.  You have until Friday, December 20th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

I started this card by picking out the patterned paper I wanted to use for my background from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad.  I then used the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set to cut it out.

Next, I stamped this adorable image from the Dog Christmas Tree Stamp Set.  I colored it with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Dog Christmas Tree Stamp Set, onto green cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card using a green cardbase, and popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension.

Inky Paws Challenge - Year End Cards Theme Week 2

 Hi everybody!  This is Week 2 of the Inky Paws Challenge!  It is Year End Cards Theme.  You have until Friday, December 20th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I picked out this gorgeous patterned paper I wanted to use for the background from the Christmas Time Paper Pad.  I then die cut a piece of green cardstock using the A2 Card Layout 2 Die to create the window frames.  

I stamped out these super cute images from the Christmas Coffees Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

Next, I stamped the sentiments, which are from the Christmas Coffees Stamp Set, onto green cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiments.  

I assembled my card popping up the window frames, sentiments, and images with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge - Year End Cards Theme Week 1

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Week 1 of the Year End Cards Theme Challenge.  You have until Friday, December 27th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I picked out the patterned paper I wanted to use for the background from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad.  I then used the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set to cut it out.  Next, I used a stitched oval die from the Oval Frames Die Set to cut out a piece of vellum on which I wanted to place my image.

I stamped out this gorgeous image from the Holiday Haul Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Holiday Haul Stamp Set, onto a piece of red cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card using a red cardbase, and popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge - Sketch Challenge Week 4

 Hi everybody!  This is Week 4 of the Inky Paws Challenge!  It is a Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, November 29th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad using the scalloped frame die from the Framework Die Set.

Next, I stamped out this adorable image from the Wreath Pups Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Wreath Pups Stamps Set, onto a piece of green cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

Next, I cut a strip of paw print patterned paper from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad to match the sketch, then assembled my card using a green cardbase.  I popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

To start this card I die cut a piece of kraft cardstock using the scalloped frame die from the Framework Die Set.  I then used the Tree Rings Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Vintage Photo to create the background.

Next, I stamped out this super cute image of Newton and the leaves from the Paw-tumn Newton Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Paw-tumn Newton Stamp Set, onto a piece of brown cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

Next, I cut a strip of orange paper to match the sketch, then assembled my card using a brown cardbase.  I popped up the main image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock using the curved edge rectangle die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I then used the Pumpkin Patch Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Antique Linen to create the background.

Next, I stamped out these gorgeous images from the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set, onto a piece of orange cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

Next, I cut a strip of kraft paper to match the sketch, then assembled my card using an orange cardbase.  I popped up the main image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Heartfelt Fall Stamp Set, onto a little piece of brown rectangle paper and cream heat embossed.  

Next, I cut a gold glitter strip of paper to match the sketch, then assembled my card using a brown cardbase.  I popped up the sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!
