Nutty or Nice?

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing a card I created using the new Crackin' Christmas Stamp Set and Peace Love and Joy Stencil!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Peace Love and Joy Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to created the background.  

I then stamped out this adorable nutcracker image from the Crackin' Christmas Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and fussy cut it out.

I die cut a teal sentiment banner, stamped the sentiment, which is from the Crackin' Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape on vellum for some dimension! 

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, glitter, glossy accents, and a few sequins from the gorgeous new Candy Christmas Sequin Mix!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!  Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps online shop to pick up your favorite new stamp sets today!

Inky Paws Challenge #187 - Holiday Theme Reminder Post

 Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #187 - Holiday Theme.  You have until Friday, December 2nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock using the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I used the Serene Stripes Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Weathered Wood to create the background, masking off the bottom portion to create a floor.  

Next, I stamped out this super cute image from the Christmas Nap Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

I then used the "peace & joy" word die from the Christmas Nap Die Set to create the sentiment.  I die cut the sentiment twice in white cardstock, and once in silver glitter cardstock adhering them together to create dimension.  

I assembled my card using dark blue cardstock for the base, and a silver glitter strip for the baseboard.  I popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension!

Merry Christmas!

   Hi everybody!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing a card I created using the gorgeous Bunny Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, and the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Saltwater Taffy, and Shaded Lilac.  I then splattered on some white paint and set it aside to dry.  After the paint was dry, I used the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil to create the large, gorgeous snowflakes in the background.

Next, I stamped this adorable image from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I die cut a teal banner for the sentiment, prepped it with the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool, stamped the sentiment from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and glossy accents to the bunny's nose!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #187 - Holiday Theme

 Hi everyone!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #187 - Holiday Theme.  You have until Friday, December 2nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock with the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set.  I then blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac.  I splattered the background with white paint and set it aside to dry.  I then used glitter paste with the Snowfall Stencil to create a sparkling snowy background!

I stamped out this super cute image from the Holiday Heights Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  I then die cut the trees, birds, and squirrel using the Forest Scene Builder Die Set, and a snowy hill out of glitter cardstock using the Land Borders Die Set.  

I used a fishtail banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set to cut a sentiment banner out of teal cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Holiday Heights Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #186 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #186 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, November 18th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by die cutting a dark blue cardbase, and a piece of teal cardstock.  I then cut the teal cardstock to match the Sketch, and used the Pawprints Stencil with silver glitter paste to create a sparkly background!  I die cut a scalloped circle using the Circle Frames Die Set, splattered on some silver watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped out this adorable image of the pup tangled in Christmas lights from the Christmas Puppies Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment directly onto the dark blue cardbase and silver heat embossed.

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using foam tape to pop up the image for some dimension!

Pawsome Stamps Sneak Peek Day 4 - Ugly Sweater and Puffy Holiday Greetings Stamp Sets

   Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today, and I am super excited to share this Sneak Peek of the brand new Ugly Sweater and Puffy Holiday Greetings Stamp Sets, along with the Christmas Words Stencil! 

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the new Christmas Words Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Candied Apple to create the background.  I then die cut another piece of white cardstock on which I wanted to place my images.

Next, I stamped out the absolutely adorable koala and accessories from the new Ugly Sweater Stamp Set.  I colored all of the images with copic markers and fussy cut them out. 

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the new Puffy Holiday Greetings Stamp Set, in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed.  I fussy cut the sentiment as well. 

Using red cardstock for the base, I adhered all of the layers together, and used foam tape to pop up the images and sentiment for some dimension!  

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and sequins from the new Santa Baby Sequin Mix!  Be sure to check out all of the brand new stamp sets, stencils, and sequin mixes that will be available in the Pawsome Stamps online shop tomorrow, Monday, November 14th!

Peace on Earth

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing a card I created using the gorgeous Bunny Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

 I started this card by stamping this big, beautiful image from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I started this card by die cutting a red cardbase, and a piece of patterned paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad.  I then cut the patterned paper to match the Sketch.  I die cut a scalloped circle using the Circle Frames Die Set, splattered on some gold watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped out this super cute dinosaur image from the Prehistoric Christmas Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment on the red cardbase and gold heat embossed.  I added a little gift next to it, also from the Prehistoric Christmas Stamp Set. 

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using foam tape to pop up the image for some dimension!
