Hi everybody! This is Week 2 of the Inky Paws Challenge! It is a Color Challenge. The colors are Dusty Lavender, Teal, Pumpkin Orange, and Rust. You have until Friday, October 30th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the paper I wanted to use for the background from the Autumn Basics Paper Pad and cut it to 5 1/4 inches x 4 inches. I then cut a piece of teal cardstock using the Postage Stamp Layout Die.
Next, I stamped out all of these festive fall images from the Autumn Postage Sampler Stamp Set. I colored them with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I stamped the postmark, which is from the Autumn Postage Sampler Stamp Set, onto white cardstock in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine! I cut it out with the corresponding die from the Autumn Postage Sampler Die Set and colored in the leaf.
I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base and popped up all of the images and postmark sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!
