TRHD June Release Inspiration Hop - Day 2

  Hi everyone!  Today is Day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs June Release Inspiration Hop and it is featuring the new Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Floral #1 Paper Pack with the largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the smallest frame die from the same set to die cut a piece of white cardstock on which I wanted to place the images.

Next, I stamped out these awesome pineapple images from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock with black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using metallic gold cardstock for the base under the patterned paper so it can be seen through the die cut frame.  I used foam tape to pop up the images for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots.  I hope you are enjoying the hop today!  Thank you for joining us!

TRHD June Release Inspiration Hop - Day 1

   Hi everyone!  Today is Day 1 of The Rabbit Hole Designs June Release Inspiration Hop and it is featuring the new One in a Melon Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Overlapping Circles Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create the background! 

Next, I stamped out these gorgeous summery images from the One in a Melon Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the One in a Melon Stamp Set, onto blue cardstock, and white heat embossed.  I then die cut the sentiment using the coordinating die set.

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base, and popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Enamel Dots.  I hope you are enjoying the hop today!  Thank you for joining us!

Inky Paws Challenge #199 - Rainbow Theme

 Hi everyone!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #199 - Rainbow Theme.  You have until Friday, June 9th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I then used the Petite Paw Prints Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, and Wilted Violet to create a rainbow background.

Next, I used the Dog Silhouettes Die Set to cut a dog out of black cardstock.  I then used the smallest scalloped circle die in the Circle Frames Die Set to cut out a piece of vellum.

I stamped the sentiment and heart, which are from the Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set, on the vellum circle in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using black cardstock for the base, and popped up the dog silhouette for some dimension!

Sea-ing is Believing

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using the adorable Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop, and the Making Waves Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I used the Making Waves Stencil to create the ocean floor using Distress Oxide Inks Tea Dye and Vintage Photo.  I then used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create the water, splattering the same colors onto the background.

Next, I stamped out these super cute images from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

I then stamped the sentiment directly onto the background in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using textured blue cardstock for the base, and popped up the jellyfish and whale images with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen and glitter.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

You're One in a Chameleon

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with this card I created using the awesome new Chameleon Stamp and Die Set!  These chameleons are so cute, I couldn't pick just one!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock to slimline size.  I used the Clouds for Days Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create a sky of fluffy clouds!

I stamped out these adorable chameleons, tree limbs, flowers, and flies all from the Chameleon Stamp Set.  I colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for a base, and popped up the chameleons with foam tape for some dimension!  

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen and some glitter. Inky Paws Challenge #198 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #198 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, May 26th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

For this sketch challenge I created a 5" x 6 1/2" card.  I started by choosing three different patterned papers from the Coffee House Stories Paper Pad.  I cut each strip to 3 1/4" x 1".  I then used the smallest scalloped oval die from the Oval Frames Die Set to cut a piece of kraft cardstock.  

I stamped this super cute image from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

I stamped the sentiment and coffee beans, which are from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set, directly onto the oval in brown pigment ink, and clear embossed for some shine!  

I assembled my card using brown cardstock for the base, and inked the edges with dark brown ink.  I used foam tape to pop up the oval for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #198 - Sketch Challenge

For this fun sketch I created a 5" x 6 1/2" card.  I started by choosing three different patterned papers from the A Cat's Life Paper Pad.  I cut each strip to 3 1/4" x 1".  I then used the smallest scalloped oval die from the Oval Frames Die Set to cut a piece of light gray cardstock.  

I stamped this adorable image from the Newton Unwinds Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

I stamped the sentiment and heart, which are from the Newton Unwinds Stamp Set, directly onto the oval in black pigment ink, and clear embossed for some shine!  

I assembled my card using dark gray cardstock for the base, and inked the edges with black ink.  I used foam tape to pop up the oval for some dimension!

Made For Each Otter

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this shaker card I created using two gorgeous stamp sets, Otterly Adore and Sea-ing is Believing, illustrated by Agota Pop!  This card also features the fun and super easy to use A2 Shaker Acetate Sheets!

I started this card by cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock just under A2 size so it would fit perfectly in the Shaker Acetate Sheet!  I then blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Tumbled Glass, and Salty Ocean to create a beautiful background!

I stamped out these super cute otter images from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I then stamped the awesome fish images from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored them, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed.

I assembled my card adhering the images directly onto the background.  I put my card in the Shaker Acetate Sheet, added embellishments, sealed the Shaker Acetate Sheet, and adhered my card to a dark gray card base.

May Anniversary Release Sneak Peek Day 3 - Vitamin Sea

  Hi everyone!  I am up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today for Sneak Peek Day 3 of the May Anniversary Release.  Today we are featuring the gorgeous Vitamin Sea Stamp Set!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean on the top portion of the card.  I then used various gold embossing powders and glitter to create to the sand portion of the card.

I stamped the images from the Vitamin Sea Stamp Set, colored them all with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Vitamin Sea Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using textured blue cardstock for the base, and foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #197 - Inky Paws Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #197 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Royal Blue, Olive Green, Sunshine Yellow, and White.  You have until Friday, May 12th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I first used the gorgeous Spring Garden Line Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Crushed Olive and Peeled Paint for the stems and leaves, and Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade for the tulips.  I then used the Clouds Stencil with Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create the sky.

I stamped out this beautiful image of the lady holding a bouquet of tulips from the Loads of Blooms Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  I then stamped the butterflies from the Newton's Birdbath Stamp Set, colored them, and cut them out with their coordinating dies. 

Next, I die cut a blue sentiment banner using a die from the Banner Trio Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Mom and Dad Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the images and sentiment banner for some dimension!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set.  I blended on Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean, then used the Petite Clouds Stencil with Pearl White Stardust Butter to create a cloudy sky.  I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock using the sun die from the Sky Scene Builder Die Set, and blended on Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Inks.  I then die cut textured olive cardstock using the Land Borders Die Set to create the grass.

I stamped these adorable images of Newton and the ducks from the Newton's Rain Boots Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I stamped the butterflies from the Newton's Birdbath Stamp Set, colored them, and cut them out with their coordinating dies. 

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Newton's Rain Boots Stamp Set, onto blue cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment. 

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base.  I popped up the images and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!
