Hi everyone! A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today! It is a Color Challenge. The colors are Dusty Lavender, Teal, Pumpkin Orange, and Rust. You have until Friday, October 30th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the paper I wanted to use for the background from the Autumn Leaves Paper Pack and cut it using the largest arch die in the new Arched Frames Die Set. I used the large rectangle die from the same die set to cut the orange cardstock.
I stamped out this gorgeous image from the Autumn Reads Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.
Next, I used the smallest rectangle tag die in the Essential Tags Die Set to cut a piece of orange cardstock. I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Autumn Reads Stamp Set, in brown pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!
I assembled my card using purple cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment tag with foam tape for some dimension! I then added a bow to the tag.
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!
