Happy Valentine's Day

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with this card I created using the Sweet Cupcakes Stamp and Die Set.

To start this card I used a scalloped frame slimline die to cut the pink splattered paper.  I then used another slimline die to cut out the red window frames.  

Next, I stamped these gorgeous cupcakes from the Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set.  I colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and adhered the cupcake images with foam tape for some dimension.

For finishing touches on my card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter to the hearts, and a few embellishments from the XOXO Clay Embellishment Mix.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!  Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps online shop to pick up your favorite new stamp sets today!

Inky Paws Challenge #215 - Color Challenge Reminder Post

   Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #215 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Pink, Teal, Ice Blue, and Cookie Dough Brown.  You have until Friday, February 2nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of kraft cardstock using the scalloped frame die in the Frames Squared Die Set.  I then used the smallest stitched square from the same die set to cut out a piece of smooth white cardstock.  I used the Petite Paw Prints Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Kitsch Flamingo to create the background.

Next, I stamped out this adorable pup reading a book from the Puppy's Reading List Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

This stamp set comes with sentiments that fit right on the front of the book!  I love mystery stories, so I chose the "Mystery at the Dog Park" sentiment, and stamped it on the book cover with black pigment ink.  

I die cut a textured teal cardbase using the largest stitched square die in the Frames Squared Die Set.  I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and popping up the image with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few matching sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Color Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products.  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

Inky Paws Challenge #215 - Color Challenge

I stamped out these super cute coffee cup images using the Heartfelt Coffee Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and used the largest scalloped frame die from the Heart Frames Die Set to cut them out.

Next, I used the stitched fishtail banner die in the Banner Trio Die Set to cut out a teal sentiment banner.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Heartfelt Coffee Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using a teal cardbase, and popped up the heart and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

Life is Like a Cactus...

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this card I created using the Prickly Friend Stamp and Die Set, and Retro Confetti Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock, and used the Retro Confetti Stencil with gold glitter paste on the top portion of the card to create a fun, sparkly background. 

Next, I stamped these gorgeous cactus images from the Prickly Friend Stamp Set.  I colored them with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Prickly Friend Stamp Set, in the bottom right corner of the card in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using black cardstock for the base, and adhered the images with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #214 - Warm and Cozy Theme Reminder Post

  Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #214 - Warm and Cozy Theme.  You have until Friday, January 19th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of olive cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set.  I used the same set to die cut the brown window frames, and snowflake pattern paper from the Christmas Time Paper Pad.

Next, I stamped out this super cute image of the girl reading with her kitties from A Cozy Day In Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and fussy cut it out.  I stamped the basket of books image from the Cozy Home Stamp Set, colored it, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. 

I then used the stitched banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set to cut out a brown sentiment banner.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from A Cozy Day In, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using a brown cardbase. I adhered the window frames and images with foam tape for some dimension!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I then used the Serene Stripes Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Antique Linen to create a light background. 

Next, I stamped out all of these awesome images from the Cozy Home Stamp Set.  I colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set. 

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Cozy Home Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using a blue card base.  I adhered some images directly to the background, and some with foam tape for dimension!
