Stop and Smell the Flowers

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with this card I created using the new and beautiful Friendly Flowers Stamp and Die Set illustrated by Agota Pop!

To start this card I cut a piece of white cardstock to 6" x 3 1/2", and a piece of black cardstock to 6" x 2 1/4".  I used the new Bubble Party Stencil with gold glitter paste on the black cardstock to create a sparkling background!

Next, I stamped out these gorgeous floral images from the Friendly Flowers Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Friendly Flowers Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, using a black cardstock for the base, and a black ribbon between the top and bottom half.  I popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!

TRHD July Release Inspiration Hop - Day 2

 Hi everyone!  Today is Day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs July Release Inspiration Hop and it is featuring the new Baby's 1st Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Weathered Wood, Kitsch Flamingo, and Peacock Feathers to create the background! 

Next, I stamped out these super cute images from the Baby's 1st Christmas Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment onto teal cardstock, and white heat embossed. 

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base.  I adhered a strip of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack, the train, and sentiment directly onto the background.  I popped up the snow globe with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen and glitter.  I hope you are enjoying the hop today!  Thank you for joining us!

TRHD July Release Inspiration Hop - Day 1

 Hi everyone!  Today is Day 1 of The Rabbit Hole Designs July Release Inspiration Hop and it is featuring the new Sweet Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by stamping out this gorgeous cupcake image from the Sweet Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut is out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a piece of white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Sweet Christmas Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, using patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack for the base.  I popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #201 - Sketch Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #201 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, July 7th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

To start this card I used the scalloped frame die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set to cut out the textured green cardstock.  I used the second largest stitched oval die with a smooth edge, from the Oval Frames Die Set, to cut out the yellow polka dot paper from the Springtime Paper Pad.  I then cut the floral patterned paper, also from the Springtime Paper Pad, to 2 1/4" wide, and the kraft paper to 3/4" wide.  I used the scalloped frame die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set to cut the scalloped edges on both papers.  

Next, I stamped out this gorgeous image from the Loads of Blooms Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Loads of Blooms Stamp Set, directly onto the strip of kraft paper in brown pigment ink.  I clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, using dark kraft cardstock for the base. I popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension, and used white and gold twine for the bow!

 Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #200 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Sunset Orange, Magenta Pink, Bumblebee Yellow, and Grass Green.  You have until Friday, June 23rd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

I started this card by stamping this gorgeous image from the Spring Blooms Oval Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and used the largest scalloped oval die from the Oval Frames Die Set to cut it out.

I assembled my card using textured green cardstock for base.  I cut two strips of patterned paper from the Springtime Paper Pad, and adhered to the base.  I popped up the oval with foam tape for some dimension, and added an orange bow!

When Life gives you Pineapples...

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created featuring the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Mesh - Optical Illusion Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Squeezed Lemonade and Slavaged Patina to create the background! 

Next, I stamped out these gorgeous summery images from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set, onto teal cardstock, and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Enamel Dots.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Pawsome Stamps June Release Sneak Peek Day 4: Oh Snap

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today for Sneak Peek Day 4 of the June Release!  Today we are featuring the gorgeous Oh Snap Stamp Set!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the new and beautiful Seashell Fans Stencil with Weathered Wood Distress Oxide Ink.  Leaving the stencil in place, I added a layer of clear glitter paste to create a sparkling background!

I stamped out this gorgeous image from the brand new Oh Snap Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment onto dark gray cardstock and white heat embossed.  I cut out the sentiment using the Oh Snap Die Set.  I love it when I can die cut the sentiments! 

I assembled my card using dark gray cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, and a few sparkling sequins from the new Lotus Flower Sequin Mix!  I hope you are enjoying all of the wonderful Sneak Peeks this week!  The New Release will be available for purchase in the Pawsome Stamps online shop on Thursday, June 15th!

Inky Paws Challenge #200 - Color Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #200 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Sunset Orange, Magenta Pink, Bumblebee Yellow, and Grass Green.  You have until Friday, June 23rd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  I had such a fun time with this challenge and hope you enjoy this shaker card!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set.  I then used the Serene Stripes Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Mustard Seed and Picked Raspberry to create the background!

I stamped these gorgeous cactus images from the Cuppa Cactus Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I stamped the two little flowers from the Spring Blooms Oval Stamp Set, colored them, and fussy cut them out.

Next, I used the window die and one of the banner dies from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set to cut the windows and a sentiment banner out of orange cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Cuppa Cactus Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using orange cardstock for the base.  I added acetate to the back of the die cut windows, and used two layers of foam tape around each window frame to ensure enough room for some sequins in each window!  I then adhered the images and sentiment banner directly onto the card.

You Are One in a Melon

  Hi everyone!  I am up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today with this card I created featuring the new One in a Melon Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Floral #1 Paper Pack with the largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the smallest frame die from the same set to die cut a piece of white cardstock on which I wanted to place the images.

Next, I stamped out these gorgeous images from the One in a Melon Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the One in a Melon Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock with black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using pink cardstock for the base under the patterned paper so it can be seen through the die cut frame.  I used foam tape to pop up the cupcake image for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #199 - Rainbow Theme Reminder Post

  Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #199 - Rainbow Theme.  You have until Friday, June 9th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the postage frame die from the Framework Die Set.  I used the Meow Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, and Wilted Violet to create a rainbow background.  I then used the retiring Hardwood Stencil with Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink, and glitter paste on gray cardstock to create the floor.

Next, I stamped out this adorable image of Newton on a pile of blankets, and the hearts, from Newton's Naptime Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and fussy cut them out.  There is a coordinating die set available!  I then stamped out the mouse and food bowl from the Welcome New Cat Stamp Set, colored them, and cut them out with the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from Newton's Naptime Stamp Set, on gray cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card using gray cardstock for the base, and popped up the images and sentiment for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and glossy accents on Newton's cute little nose!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a Rainbow Theme project using your Newton's Nook Designs products!  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!
