Wishing you the Sweetest Christmas

  Hi All!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this card I created using the Sweet Christmas Stamp and coordinating Die Set and Peace Love and Joy Stencil.

To start this card I cut a piece of blue cardstock to A2 size, then splattered it with silver watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.  Next, I die cut an oval piece of smooth white cardstock, and used the Peace Love and Joy Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Prize Ribbon to create the background.

I stamped this adorable nutcracker image from the Sweet Christmas Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a blue sentiment banner, stamped the sentiment, which is from the Sweet Christmas Stamp Set, and silver heat embossed.

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #212 - Color Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #212 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Pine Bough Green, Christmas Red, Kraft, and Black.  You have until Friday, December 8th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of kraft paper with the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I then used a stitched square die from the Frames Squared Die Set to cut a piece of patterned paper from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad.  

I stamped out these super cute images of the pups and the bone with a bow from the Happy Howl-idays Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Happy Howl-idays Stamp Set, directly onto the kraft paper in brown pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using red cardstock for the base.  I popped up the pups with foam tape for some dimension, and added the green ribbon as well!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents on their noses, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Color Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products.  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

Bunny Christmas

  Hi All!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

To start this card I die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack using the largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.

Next, I stamped this absolutely adorable bunny image from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I die cut a red sentiment banner then stamped the sentiment, which is from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, and a few Clear Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Warm Wishes

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using the 1 Line Snowperson Stamp Set and Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil.

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock using the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then stamped the image and sentiment from the 1 Line Snowperson Stamp Set and silver heat embossed.

Next, I masked off the snowperson, and used Layer 1 of the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil with Weathered Wood Distress Oxide Ink.  I then used Layer 4 of the same stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a colorful snowy background!

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and added a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots!

Inky Paws Challenge #211 - Meowy Christmas Theme Reminder Post

  Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #211 - Meowy Christmas Theme.  You have until Friday, November 24th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

To start this card I die cut a piece of red cardstock with the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set.  I then used a stitched circle die from the Circle Frames Die Set to cut a piece of patterned paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad.

I then stamped this super cute image of Newton and the mouse from the Santa Paws Newton Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Santa Paws Newton Stamp Set, directly onto the red cardstock and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using gold mirror cardstock for the base, and popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!

Avo Merry Christmas

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this card I created using the Avo Christmas Stamp and coordinating Die Set, and the Christmas Words Stencil.

To start this card I die cut a piece of white cardstock and used the Christmas Words Stencil with gold glitter paste to create a sparkling background!

I then stamped out these super cute avocado images from the Avo Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a red sentiment banner, stamped the sentiment, which is from the Avo Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and popped up the images and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #211 - Meowy Christmas Theme

Clarence Christmas

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Dustin Pike.

I started this card by using the largest die in the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies to die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack.  I then used the smallest frame die from the same set to die cut a piece of white cardstock.

Next, I stamped this super cute image of Clarence riding the train from the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. 

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together and using green glitter cardstock for the base.  I popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glossy accents to Clarence's nose, and few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #210 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #210 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, November 10th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

I started this card by picking out all of the papers I wanted to use and cutting them to size.  The brown cardbase is 5" x 7", the dark kraft paper is 4.5" x 6.5", the red leaf paper measures 1.5" x 5.5", the orange leaf paper measures 1.25" x 3.5", and the yellow leaf paper measures 2.75" x 3.75".  All of the leaf patterned papers are from the Autumn Paper Pad.

Next, I stamped out this gorgeous fall image from the Harvest Haul Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Harvest Haul Stamp Set, on brown cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card adhering all of the layers together, and popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

Quick and Easy Christmas Card

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing a quick and easy card I created using the 1 Line Reindeer Stamp Set.  These types of cards are always great when you need a card, and you need it fast!

I started this card by cutting a piece of white cardstock to mini slimline size.  I then stamped the 1 Line Reindeer image and sentiment, then gold heat embossed.  

For the cardbase, I used a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack.

For finishing touches on this card I added some red glitter stickles to the reindeer's nose, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!
