Hi everybody! This is Week 3 of the Inky Paws Challenge! It is a Color Challenge. The colors are Dusty Lavender, Teal, Pumpkin Orange, and Rust. You have until Friday, October 30th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the paper I wanted to use for the background from the Autumn Leaves Paper Pack and cut it using the A2 Card Layout Die. I used the same die again to cut the purple cardstock frame. I then used the second largest tag die in the Essential Tags Die Set to cut the purple tag and used Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink to ink the edges of the tag.
Next, I stamped out these cute coffee mugs from the Autumn Coffees Stamp Set. I colored them all with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I then stamped the sentiment, which is from the Autumn Coffees Stamp Set, directly onto the tag and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card using purple cardstock for the base, and popped up the purple tag and images with foam tape for some dimension! I then added a matching bow to the tag.
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!
