You Were Born to Sparkle

  Hi everybody!  I am up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created featuring the gorgeous Flowers in her hair Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of white cardstock and used the Aim for the Stars Stencil with gold glitter paste to create the background.  I then splattered on some gold watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped out this beautiful image from the Flowers in her hair Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. 

I used the You - Scripty Word with Shadow Layer Dies to create the "You" part of the sentiment.  I then die cut a teal sentiment banner and stamped "were born to sparkle" from the You - Scripty Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the image and sentiments for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, and glitter with a glitter pen.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Christmas Llama

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with a Christmas card I created using the Coffee Llama and Beary Christmas Stamp Sets.  I love using non-traditional colors on Holiday cards! 

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock to mini slimline size.  I used Distress Oxide Ink Weathered Wood with the Geometric Chevron Stencil.  Leaving the stencil in place, I added a layer of glitter paste to create a sparkling background!  I then splattered the background with silver watercolor paint.

I stamped out the llama image from the Coffee Llama Stamp Set, and the gifts and string of lights from the Beary Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored all of the images with copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies.  

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Inside Holiday Greetings Stamp Set, onto gray cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut it out.  

I assembled my card using gray cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the images and sentiment for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, glitter, glossy accents, and a few sparkling sequins from the Candy Christmas Sequin Mix!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!  Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps online shop to pick up your favorite new stamp sets today!

   Hi everybody!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using the beautiful Merry & Bright Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and prepped it with the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool.  I then stamped the gorgeous wreath and sentiment from the Merry & Bright Stamp Set, and gold heat embossed.

I colored the wreath using my zig markers, then assembled my card using red cardstock for the base.

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents and a few gold confetti pieces!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Christmas Cactus

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this Christmas card I created using the Prickly Friend Stamp Set!  

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock to slimline size.  Using a masking stencil, I blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass.  I then splattered the background with white paint and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped out the cactus images from the Prickly Friend Stamp Set, and accessories from the Ugly Sweater and Gingerbread Lane Stamp Sets.  I colored all of the images with copic markers and die cut them out using the coordinating die sets.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Ugly Sweater Stamp Set, directly onto the background in the center circle.  I stamped it in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using red glitter cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the images for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #188 - Color Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #188 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Teal, Kraft, Silver, and White.  You have until Friday, December 16th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set.  I used silver glitter paste with the Starfield Stencil to create a sparkly background!

I stamped out this super cute image of Newton from the Newton's Gift Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. 

I die cut a sentiment banner out of kraft cardstock using the stitched fishtail banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment on the banner and white heat embossed.  I also stamped a sentiment on the tag on the image and white heat embossed that as well.  Both sentiments are from the Newton's Gift Stamp Set.

I assembled my card using kraft cardstock for the base, and popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents to Newton's cute little nose, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Color Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products.  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

What's That Sound?

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing a card I created using the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Dustin Pike, and the Retro Christmas Paper Pack!

To start this card I die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack for my background.  I then die cut an oval out of white cardstock, splattered it with gold watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped this super cute image of Clarence on his train from the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set, illustrated by Dustin Pike, colored it with Copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

I die cut a gray sentiment banner, stamped the sentiment, which is from the Clarence Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using red glitter cardstock for the base, adhering the layers together, and popping up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on my card I added some white gel pen accents, and a few gold sequins!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #188 - Color Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #188 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Teal, Kraft, Silver, and White.  You have until Friday, December 16th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I made a mask for the ink blending by die cutting a piece of vellum with the same scalloped frame die, then die cut the center out of the vellum using the stitched rectangle die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I placed the vellum mask on top of the smooth white cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina.  I then splattered the ink blending with white paint and set it aside to dry.

After the paint had dried, I placed the background in my Misti, and arranged the snowflakes and sentiment from the Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set.  I stamped all of the images and sentiment at once and silver heat embossed.  

I used foam tape to adhere the panel to a kraft cardbase for some dimension!  I then added a crystal to the center of each snowflake!

Friend Like You

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing a card I created featuring the gorgeous Flower Whale Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

For this card I used the Corner Mandala Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Tumbled Glass, and Salty Ocean to create a gorgeous teal and blue background!

I stamped out the beautiful Flower Whale Stamp twice, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

Next, I die cut two teal banners on which I stamped sentiments from the Friend - Scripty Stamp Set and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the sentiment banners, and both Flower Whales for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents and a few sparkling sequins!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!
