There's No Otter Like You

 Hi everyone! I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created using two awesome new stamp sets, Otterly Adore and Sea-ing is Believing, illustrated by Agota Pop!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I used the brand new Making Waves Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean, and Tumbled Glass to create an ocean tide background!

I stamped out this adorable otter image and hearts from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  I then stamped the dolphin image from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored it, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using textured blue cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the otters and hearts for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and glossy accents!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

TRHD May Release Inspiration Hop - Day 3

   Hi everyone!  Today is Day 3 of The Rabbit Hole Designs May Release Inspiration Hop!  It is featuring the new and adorable Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop, and the brand new Making Waves Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I used the Making Waves Stencil to create the ocean floor using Distress Oxide Inks Tea Dye and Vintage Photo.  I then used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create the water.  I used the Making Waves Stencil with glitter paste to create the sparkling coral and seaweed!

Next, I stamped out these super cute images from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

I then stamped the sentiment directly onto the background in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using textured blue cardstock for the base, and popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen and glitter.  I hope you are enjoying the hop today!  Thank you for joining us!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Splish Splash Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Tumbled Glass, and Salty Ocean to create a gorgeous background! 

Next, I stamped out this adorable image of the otters, and accessories, from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I then cut out a teal sentiment banner using a banner die from the You've Been Framed Layering Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter and glossy accents on their cute little noses.  I hope you are enjoying the hop today!  Thank you for joining us!

Inky Paws Challenge #196 - Birthday Theme Reminder Post

 Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #196 - Birthday Theme.  You have until Friday, April 28th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by stamping this absolutely beautiful image from the Heartfelt Blooms Stamp Set, and colored it with copic markers.  I then cut the image out using the largest scalloped heart die from the Heart Frames Die Set.

I die cut a purple sentiment banner using the long fishtail banner die from the Banner Trio Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Heartfelt Blooms Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card, die cutting a purple base using the largest heart die in the Heart Frames Die Set, and adhering the sentiment banner.

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a Birthday Theme project using your Newton's Nook Designs products!  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

Good Looking!

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing these two cards I created using the Good Looking Stamp and Die Set, and two stencils from the latest release as well!

I started these cards by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock on which I blended the backgrounds.  On the "Hello Sunshine" card I used the Moroccan Flowers Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Squeezed Lemonade and Picked Raspberry.  On the "Hey Good Looking" card I used the Herringbone Shuffle Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac.  

Next, I stamped the sunglasses images from the Good Looking Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I then die cut color coordinating banners for the sentiments.  I stamped the sentiments, which are from the Good Looking Stamp Set, and white heat embossed. 

I assembled my cards using the same color cardstock for the bases as the sentiment banners.  I popped up the images and sentiment banners with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on these cards I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and few sparkling sequins!  The sequins on the "Hello Sunshine" card are from the Diamond Diva Sequin Mix, and the sequins on the "Hey Good Looking" card are from the Candy Christmas Sequin Mix.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my cards today!  Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps online shop to pick up your favorite new stamp sets today!  

Inky Paws Challenge #196 - Birthday Theme

 Hi everyone!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #196 - Birthday Theme.  You have until Friday, April 28th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock using the scalloped frame die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I used the Confetti Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a colorful background.  I die cut a vellum oval with the largest scalloped oval die in the Oval Frames Die Set.  I then stamped the Birthday Oval Stamp on the vellum and white heat embossed.  

I stamped out this super cute image from the Holding Happiness Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Then, I used a stitched banner die from the Banner Trio Die Set to cut out a teal sentiment banner.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Birthday Roundabout Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, adhering the layers together, and popping up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a Birthday Theme project using your Newton's Nook Designs products!  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

I Really Dig You

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created featuring the super cute I Really Dig You and Meaningful Meerkat Stamp Sets illustrated by Agota Pop!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I used the Clouds in my Coffee Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to create the sky, and the Torn Paper Stencil with Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain to create the ground.

I stamped out this adorable meerkat image from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  I then stamped the gorgeous floral image from the Meaningful Meerkat Stamp Set, colored it, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a blue banner using the You've Been Framed Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #195 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

  Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #195 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, April 14th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop! 

I started this card by cutting patterned papers from the Birthday Party Paper Pad to match the Sketch.  I used a 5" x 6 1/2" cardbase, and cut the top left piece to 1 1/2" x 3 1/4", top right piece to 3" x 3 1/4", bottom left piece to 2 3/4" x 2 3/4", and the bottom right piece to 1 3/4" x 2 3/4". 

Next, I stamped these adorable images of Newton from the Newton Loves Tacos Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Newton Loves Tacos Stamp Set, on green cardstock and white heat embossed.  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card following the Sketch, and adhered the images and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Sketch Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products.  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

A Happy Hello

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created featuring the super cute I Really Dig You Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop, and the Build Your Garden Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Build Your Garden Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a gorgeous, colorful background!  I splattered the background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out this adorable meerkat image from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

Next, I die cut a teal banner using the You've Been Framed Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set and white heat embossed.
