Colorful Slimline Coffee Card

 Hi everyone!  I am up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with a colorful slimline card for National Coffee Day!  I LOVE coffee so I am so excited to be sharing this card with you today!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and blended Distress Oxide Inks Squeezed Lemonade, Kitsch Flamingo, Shaded Lilac, and Salvaged Patina for the background.  I then splattered the background with silver watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.  

I stamped out my images, all from the Coffee Besties Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out with their coordinating die set.  

After my background was dry, I stamped the sentiment, also from the Coffee Besties Stamp Set, in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed.  I then adhered all of my images to the card with foam tape for some dimension!  Here are a few close-ups!

For finishing touches on this card I added glitter with a glitter pen, white gel pen accents, and a few sparkling sequins from the Dreamy Days Sequin Mix!

Pair of CAS Coffee Besties Cards

 Hi All!  I am up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with two CAS cards I created using the Coffee Besties Stamp Set.  I just love the kitty and pup in the cups!  

I was inspired by Julianne's Camper Spotlight Scene Card, and went ahead and bought a bunch of spotlight stencils!  To start these cards I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock for each, and lined up my heart and star spotlight stencils.  For the heart I blended Distress Oxide Inks Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo, and Picked Raspberry.  For the star I blended Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass, Salvaged Patina, and Shaded Lilac.  I left the stencils in place and applied a layer of sparkling glitter paste!

As my heart and star were drying, I stamped these super adorable images from the Coffee Besties Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out with their coordinating dies.

Next, I stamped both sentiments, which are from the Coffee Besties Stamp Set, onto dark gray cardstock and white heat embossed.  At first I wanted to cut them out with banner dies, but then decided to fussy cut them instead.  After the heart and star were dry, I adhered the panels to A2 size cardbases, and popped up the coffee cuties and sentiments with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on these cards I added white gel pen accents, glitter with a glitter pen, and glossy accents to their noses and the kitty's glasses.  I also added a few sparkling sequins from the Pawsome Stamps Dreamy Days Sequin Mix!  Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps store to pick up your Coffee Besties Stamp Set!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my cards today!

Pair of Stuck on You Cactus Cards

 Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing two cards I created using Pawsome Stamps Prickly Friend Stamp Set.  I love adding the faces to the cacti!  They are just too cute!

I was inspired by Julianne's Camper Spotlight Scene Card, and went ahead and bought a bunch of spotlight stencils!  To start these cards I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock for each, and lined up my heart spotlight stencil!  For the card on the left I applied pink and purple glitter paste across the stencil, and set it aside to dry.  For the card on the right I blended Distress Oxide Inks Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon, and Candied Apple.  I then left the stencil in place while I splattered the heart with some plain water and gold watercolor paint.  

As my hearts were drying, I stamped the super adorable cacti from the Prickly Friends Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out with their coordinating dies.  

Next, I die cut a purple banner and white heat embossed the sentiment for the card on the left. Then die cut a black banner and gold heat embossed the sentiment for the card on the right.  After the hearts were dry, I adhered the heart panels to A2 size cardbases, the sentiment banners with liquid glue, and popped up the cacti with foam tape for some dimension!
