Hi everyone! This is Week 4 of the January Inky Paws Challenge! It is a Color Challenge. The colors are Cinnamon Red, Lilac, Soft Pink, and Buttercream White. You have until Friday, January 30th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the paper I wanted to use for the background from the Lovely Hearts Paper Pad. I cut it out using the Fractured Card Layout Die and used the same die to cut out the red frame.
Next, I stamped this super cute image from the Oink Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.
I die cut a piece of white cardstock using the "XOXO" banner from the Valentine Word Trio Die Set. I then used the same die to cut a piece of pink glitter cardstock from the Cheerful Brights Glitter Cardstock Assortment to create the sparkling "XOXO" sentiment.
I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base and popped up the image with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card, I added a bit of glitter and a few sparkling sequins! Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Color Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products. Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge! Hope to see you there!
