Hi everyone! A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today! This is Inky Paws Challenge #226 - Summer Theme. You have until Friday, July 5th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Seashells Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Shaded Lilac, Kitsch Flamingo, and Salvaged Patina to create a colorful background! I then used the A2 Card Layout Die Set to cut a piece of teal cardstock and create the window frames.
Next, I stamped out this super cute image of the pups and seashell from the Beach Barks Stamp Set. I colored the images with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Beach Barks Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!
I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and adhered the images using foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few sparkling sequins!
