Hi everyone! A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today! This is Inky Paws Challenge #190 - Love Theme. You have until Friday, February 3rd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock using the large postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set. I then used the heart and sentiment stamps from the Candy Heart Stamp Set to create the background. It is a little difficult to see in the pictures because I wanted a subtle background so I used a very light gray ink.
Next, I stamped out the adorable cat and dog robot images from the Love Bots Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set. I then cut out a stitched red heart using the Heart Frames Die Set.
I used a small banner die from the A7 Frames and Banners Die Set to cut out a gray sentiment banner. I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Love Bots Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the images and sentiment banner for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glossy accents, and a few sparkling sequins! Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a Love Theme project using your Newton's Nook Designs products! Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge! Hope to see you there!
