Hi everyone! This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post! This is Inky Paws Challenge #186 - Sketch Challenge. You have until Friday, November 18th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
I started this card by die cutting a dark blue cardbase, and a piece of teal cardstock. I then cut the teal cardstock to match the Sketch, and used the Pawprints Stencil with silver glitter paste to create a sparkly background! I die cut a scalloped circle using the Circle Frames Die Set, splattered on some silver watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.
Next, I stamped out this adorable image of the pup tangled in Christmas lights from the Christmas Puppies Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.
I stamped the sentiment directly onto the dark blue cardbase and silver heat embossed.
I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using foam tape to pop up the image for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few sparkling sequins!
