Hi everyone! A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today! It is a Sketch Challenge. You have until Friday, November 27th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the papers I wanted to use for the background from the Birthday Woofs Paper Pad. I used the large postage edged rectangle die from the Framework Die Set to cut the blue patterned paper. I then used the small postage edged rectangle die from the same die set to cut the balloon and party hat patterned papers.
I stamped out these adorable pups ready to party from the Dog Birthday Party Stamp Set. I colored them all with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
Next, I used the small circle die from the Frames Squared Die Set to cut a piece of gray cardstock. I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Dog Birthday Party Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card using gray cardstock for the base and popped up the pups and sentiment circle with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and glossy accents! Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Sketch Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products. Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge! Hope to see you there!
