Inky Paws Challenge #238 - Showers and Flowers Theme Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  It is Showers and Flowers Theme. You have until Friday, March 28th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I picked out the paper I wanted to use for my background from the Spring Blooms Paper Pad.  I then used the Raindrops Stencil with glitter paste to create some showers on my flower background!

I stamped out this adorable image from Newton's Rainy Day Trio Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a piece of blue cardstock for the sentiment using a banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from Newton's Rainy Day Trio Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!
