Hi everyone! This is Week 4 of the Inky Paws Challenge! It is a Sketch Challenge. You have until Friday, February 28th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
This card is 5" x 7" and to start, I picked out the papers I wanted to use from the Springtime Paper Pad and Spring Blooms Paper Pad. I cut the purple patterned paper to 5" x 3 1/4", the flower paper to 2 1/2" x 6", and the yellow pattern paper to 2 1/2" x 3". I used a banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set to cut a piece of pink butterfly paper from the Springtime Paper Pad.
Next, I stamped this super cute image of Newton and his peeps from Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. I colored the images with copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I stamped the sentiment, which is from Newton's Peeps Stamp Set, onto turquoise cardstock and white heat embossed. I then fussy cut around the sentiment.
I assembled my card, adhering the layers together to match the sketch. I cut the banner in half to make it long enough and adhered the next layer on top of it. Then, I popped up the images with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card, I added accents with a white gel pen and a little glitter! Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Sketch Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products. Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge! Hope to see you there!
