I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the banner die from the Basic Frames Die Set. I then used the Raindrops Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass. I left the stencil in place and went over it with glitter paste to create a sparkling raindrop background! I then die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Springtime Paper Pad with the stitched frame die from the Basic Frames Die Set.
Next, I stamped this adorable image from the Newton's Rainy Day Stamp Set. I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.
I used the stitched fishtail banner die from the Banner Trio Die Set to cut a blue sentiment banner. I stamped the sentiment, which is from Newton's Rainy Day Stamp Set, and white heat embossed. I then used the banner die again to cut one side of the banner closer to the sentiment.
I assembled my card using blue cardstock for the base. I popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glossy accents, and a few sparkling sequins!
