Hi everybody! Today starts the first Inky Paws Challenge of 2023! This is Inky Paws Challenge #189 - Sketch Challenge. You have until Friday, January 20th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
I started this card by stamping these adorable images from the Franken-Newton Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I then die cut the red scalloped heart using the Heart Frames Die Set, and chose which papers I wanted to use from the Love and Meows Paper Pad. To cut the banners I used a fishtail die from the Frames and Flags Die Set.
Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Franken-Newton Stamp Set, directly onto the heart and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using foam tape to pop up the heart and images for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, and a few sparkling sequins!
