Made for Each Otter

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this shaker card I created using two gorgeous stamp sets, Otterly Adore and Sea-ing is Believing, illustrated by Agota Pop!  This card also features the fun and super easy to use A2 Shaker Acetate Sheets!

I started this card by cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock just under A2 size so it would fit perfectly in the Shaker Acetate Sheet!  I then blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Tumbled Glass, and Salty Ocean to create a beautiful background!

I stamped out these super cute otter images from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I then stamped the awesome fish images from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored them, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed.

I assembled my card adhering the images directly onto the background.  I put my card in the Shaker Acetate Sheet, added embellishments, sealed the Shaker Acetate Sheet, and adhered my card to a dark gray card base.

A Happy Hello

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today sharing this card I created featuring the super cute I Really Dig You Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop, and the Build Your Garden Stencil.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the Build Your Garden Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a gorgeous, colorful background!  I splattered the background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out this adorable meerkat image from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.  

Next, I die cut a teal banner using the You've Been Framed Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment from the I Really Dig You Stamp Set and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Happy Holidays

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this card I created using the gorgeous Holiday Wreath Stamp and Die Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

To start this card I die cut a piece of white cardstock, splattered it with gold watercolor paint, and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out this beautiful image from the Holiday Wreath Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Holiday Wreath Stamp Set, and gold heat embossed.  I used the coordinating die set to cut out the sentiment as well.

I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #213 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

 Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #213 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, December 22nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

I started this card by picking out all of the papers I wanted to use and cutting them to size.  The gray cardbase is 6.5" x 5", the striped paper is from the Love and Woofs Paper Pad and measures 6" x 4.5", the polka dot paper is from the same paper pad and measures 5.5" x 2.75", and the silver glitter strip measures 1.75" x 5".

Next, I stamped out the images of the girl and her gifts from the Christmas Haul Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

For the sentiment, I die cut a stitched oval from gray cardstock using a die from the Oval Frames Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Christmas Haul Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card adhering all of the layers together, and popped up the image and sentiment oval with foam tape for some dimension!

Inky Paws Challenge #213 - Sketch Challenge

I assembled my card adhering all of the layers together, and popped up the image and sentiment oval with foam tape for some dimension!

 Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today with this card featuring the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started this card by die cutting a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Floral #1 Paper Pack with the largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.  I then used the smallest frame die from the same set to die cut a piece of white cardstock on which I wanted to place the images.

Next, I stamped out these awesome pineapple images from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Aloha - Pineapple Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock with black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using metallic gold cardstock for the base under the patterned paper so it can be seen through the die cut frame.  I used foam tape to pop up the images for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #212 - Color Challenge Reminder Post

 Hi everybody!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #212 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Pine Bough Green, Christmas Red, Kraft, and Black.  You have until Friday, December 8th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of kraft paper with the scalloped frame die from the Slimline Frames and Portholes Die Set.  I used the windows die from the Slimline Frames and Windows Die Set to cut the stitched squares of patterned paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad.  I then used the same die to cut the green glitter window frames as well!

I stamped out these adorable images of the mice getting ready for Christmas from the Naughty or Mice Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Naughty or Mice Stamp Set, onto kraft paper in brown pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!  I then fussy cut around the sentiment.

I assembled my card, adhering the layers together, and using green glitter cardstock for the base.  I popped up the window frames and images with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter, glossy accents on their noses, and a few sparkling sequins!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a project for the Color Challenge using your Newton's Nook Designs products.  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there!

Wishing you a Magical Christmas

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing this card I created using the Holiday Flowers Stamp and Die Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

To start this card I cut a piece of white cardstock to A2 size.  I then cut a piece of patterned paper to 5 1/2" x 2 3/4" for the background.

I stamped out these beautiful images from the Holiday Flowers Stamp Set, colored them with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Holiday Flowers Stamp Set, directly onto the white cardstock in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card, adding a piece of gold washi tape where the patterned paper and white cardstock meet.  I used foam tape to adhere the images to my card and give it some dimension!

I Otterly Adore You

  Hi everyone!  I'm up on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog today with this card featuring the super cute Otterly Adore Stamp Set illustrated by Agota Pop.

Next, I stamped out this adorable image of the otters, and accessories, from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set.  I colored the images with copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.

I then cut out a teal sentiment banner using a banner die from the You've Been Framed Layering Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter and glossy accents on their cute little noses.  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!
