Inky Paws Challenge #172 - Birthday Theme

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #172 - Birthday Theme.  You have until Friday, May 6th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock using the scalloped edge die in the Slimline Frames and Portholes Die Set.  I used the Clouds Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to make a sky of fluffy clouds!  I used the grass die from the Land Borders Die Set to cut two pieces of smooth white cardstock and inked them with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn.  

Next, I stamped the super cute images from Newton's Blooms Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  The balloons are from the retiring Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set.  

I stamped the sentiment, which is from Newton's Blooms Stamp Set, directly onto my cloudy background with black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card adhering the background to a blue cardbase.  I used foam tape to pop up the balloons and kitties on my card for some dimension!  

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glitter to the balloons, and glossy accents!  Now it's time to get your paws inky creating a Birthday Theme project using your Newton's Nook Designs products!  Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge!  Hope to see you there! 

Bunny Mac

 Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing a card I created using the adorable Bunny Mac Stamp Set and Clouds in my Coffee Stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Clouds in my Coffee Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Antique Linen, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a colorful background!  I then splattered the background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out the super cute Bunny Mac image, illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, colored it with Copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I die cut a pink banner on which I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Bunny Mac Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using pink cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added glossy accents to the bunny's nose and a few sparkling sequins!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

A Sweet Spring Hello

  Hi everyone!  I am up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today with this cute card I created using the Spring Day Stamp Set and Rays of Sunshine Stencil!  I absolutely love the flower stand image in this set!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of teal cardstock to 5" x 7" for my cardbase.  I then die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock on which I used the Rays of Sunshine Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed.  I splattered the background with gold watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.  I die cut grass out of smooth white cardstock and blended on Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn.  

Next, I stamped these gorgeous images from the Spring Day Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  The flowers in the grass are from the Tweet Birdie Stamp Set.

I used a fishtail banner die to cut a piece of teal cardstock on which I white heat embossed the sentiment, which is from the Spring Day Stamp Set.

I adhered the sunshine background to the cardbase, then adhered all of the images and sentiment banner, some with liquid glue, and some with foam tape, to give different dimensions to my card!

Inky Paws Challenge #171 - Sketch Challenge Reminder Post

 Hi everyone!  This is an Inky Paws Challenge reminder post!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #171 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, April 22nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  

To start this card I die cut a piece of textured purple cardstock to A7 size for my cardbase.  I then cut another piece of the purple cardstock using the stitched frame die in the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I used the scalloped frame die, also from the Frames and Flags Die Set, to cut a piece of gorgeous floral paper from the Springtime Paper Pad.  

Next, I stamped the Spring Roundabout onto smooth white cardstock in gray pigment ink and clear heat embossed.  I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color the super cute images!  I then die cut the Spring Roundabout using the largest smooth stitched circle die in the Circle Frames Die Set. 

Using a banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set, I cut a piece of green cardstock for the sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Spring Roundabout Stamp Set, and white heat embossed!

I assembled my card adhering the layers together, and used foam tape to pop up the sentiment banner!

 Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing a card I created using the adorable Adventure Awaits Stamp Set and Valentine Stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Valentine Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo, and Picked Raspberry to create an ombre heart background!  I then splattered the background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out the adorable image of the bunny with his camera from the Adventure Awaits Stamp Set, colored him with Copic markers, and fussy cut him out.

Next, I die cut a banner out of purple cardstock on which I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Adventure Awaits Stamp Set, and white heat embossed!

I assembled my card using purple cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glossy accents to the camera lens, and a few sparkling sequins!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Adventure Awaits

 Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing a card I created using the adorable Adventure Awaits Stamp Set and Triangle Mosaic Stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Triangle Mosaic Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon, and Candied Apple to create a bright and colorful background!  I then splattered the background with gold watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out the adorable image of the bunny with his suitcase from the Adventure Awaits Stamp Set, colored him with Copic markers, and fussy cut him out.

Next, I die cut a banner out of kraft cardstock on which I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Adventure Awaits Stamp Set, in brown pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using kraft cardstock for the base.  I used foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!

For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, glossy accents to the bunny's nose, and a few sparkling sequins!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Inky Paws Challenge #171 - Sketch Challenge

 Hi everybody!  A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today!  This is Inky Paws Challenge #171 - Sketch Challenge.  You have until Friday, April 22nd to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!  I just love the brand new Welcome New Dog Stamp Set and was so excited to use it on this card!

To start this card I die cut a piece of teal cardstock to A7 size for my cardbase.  I then cut another piece of teal cardstock using the stitched frame die in the Frames and Flags Die Set.  I used the large postage stamp die in the Framework Die Set to cut a piece of smooth white cardstock on which I used the new Petite Paw Prints Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Kitsch Flamingo and Shaded Lilac.  I used the largest smooth stitched circle die in the Circle Frames Die Set to cut a piece of smooth white cardstock on which I added some Salvaged Patina and splattered it with watercolor paint.

Next, I stamped the absolutely adorable dog image and some accessories from the new Welcome New Dog Stamp Set.  I colored the images with Copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set. 

Using a banner die from the Frames and Flags Die Set, I die cut a piece of gray cardstock for the sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Welcome New Dog Stamp Set, with black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card adhering the layers together, then used foam tape to pop up the images and sentiment banner!

 Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing a card I created using the new and super cute Bunny Mac Stamp Set and Connected by the Stars Stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the new and gorgeous Connected by the Stars Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Shaded Lilac, Kitsch Flamingo, and Salvaged Patina to create a colorful background!  I then splattered the background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

I stamped out the adorable Bunny Mac image, illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, colored it with Copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Inky Paws Challenge #170 - Color Challenge Reminder Post

 Hi everybody!  This is and Inky Paws Challenge Reminder Post.  This is Inky Paws Challenge #170 - Color Challenge.  The colors are Pistachio Green, Golden Yellow, Navy Blue, and White.  You have until Friday, April 8th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!

To start this card I cut a navy blue A2 size cardbase.  I then used the largest scalloped edge die in the new Oval Frames Die Set to cut a piece of textured yellow cardstock.  I used the second largest stitched frame from the Oval Frames Die Set to cut a piece of white cardstock on which I splattered gold watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.

Next, I stamped the gorgeous floral and butterfly image from the Daffodils Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set.  

I die cut a banner for the sentiment using the stitched fishtail die from the Banner Trio Die Set.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Daffodils Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.  

I assembled my card adhering the layers together, and using foam tape, popped up the images and sentiment banner for some dimension!

I'm All Ears!

  Hi everyone!  I am up on the Pawsome Stamps blog today sharing an Easter card I created using the new and super cute Hoppy Easter Stamp Set!

To start this card I die cut a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the new Clouds for Days Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Antique Linen, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a colorful cloudy background!  I then splattered my background with watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.  I die cut two layers of grass and blended on Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn.  

Next, I stamped out these adorable images from the Hoppy Easter Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out with the coordinating die set.  I also stamped, colored, and die cut the butterflies from the Spring Day Stamp Set.

I stamped the sentiment directly onto my background in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card adhering the background to a textured green A2 cardbase, and used foam tape to pop up the images for some dimension!
