To start this card I used the scalloped frame die from the Slimline Frames and Portholes Die Set to cut a piece of smooth white cardstock.  I used the Clouds Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Antique Linen, Kitsch Flamingo, and Shaded Lilac to create a colorful cloudy sky background!

Next, I stamped the adorable owls from the Love Owl-ways Stamp Set, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out using the coordinating die set

I used the stitched fishtail banner die from the Banner Trio Die Set to cut a piece of blue cardstock on which I white heat embossed my sentiment from the Love Owl-ways Stamp Set

I assembled my card adhering my colorful cloudy background to a blue cardbase, and popping up the images and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!
