Hi everyone! A new Inky Paws Challenge starts today! It is Spring Has Sprung Theme. You have until Friday, March 27th to get your entries in and have a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs online shop!
To start this card I picked out the tulip paper for my background from the Springtime Paper Pad and die cut it using the A2 Card Layout 2 Die. I then cut a piece of kraft paper with the same die, creating the frame.
I stamped this adorable bunny and lamb image from the Spring Pile Up Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. I then stamped the smaller bunny image from the Easter Postage Sampler Stamp Set, colored it, and cut it out with it's coordinating die as well.
Next, I used the smallest rectangle die from the Essential Tags Die Set to cut out a piece of dark kraft paper. I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Spring Pile Up Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card using dark kraft paper for the base, popping up the kraft frame, images, and sentiment tag with foam tape for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added accents with a white gel pen, a bit of glitter, glossy accents, a few sparkling sequins, and a pink bow to the tag!
